Return & Refund Policy

1. Product Quality & Testing

All Vicible GPS devices are thoroughly tested and quality-checked before dispatch.
Due to our strict inspection process, there is a very low chance of damage or defects in shipped products.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following rare circumstances:

  • Product is physically damaged or non-functional on arrival.

  • Wrong model or product was shipped by error.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The issue arises from improper installation, SIM/network issues, or misuse.

  • The product is used, tampered, or damaged after delivery.

  • The customer changes their mind or orders the wrong model.

3. Return Procedure

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery at support@vicible.com or via WhatsApp.

  • The product must be unused and returned in original packaging with all accessories and invoice.

  • Return courier charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is confirmed defective upon inspection.

4. Replacement & Refund

  • Prepaid orders, if approved for refund, will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

  • In case of unavailability, an equivalent replacement or store credit will be provided.

  • If no defect is found, the same unit will be shipped back to the customer.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • COD orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Refusing delivery of a COD order may lead to suspension of future COD privileges.

6. Warranty

  • Each Vicible GPS device includes a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty excludes damage caused by wrong installation, water exposure, or misuse.

  • SIM/data plan issues or software renewals are not covered under warranty.

7. Disclaimer

Vicible Technologies reserves full rights to accept or reject any return or refund claim.
All decisions after product testing are final and binding.
