Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Activated SIM cards, software licenses, and digital services are non-refundable.

• Products showing signs of installation, misuse, or physical damage are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping charges will be borne by the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
